Bali Mandala News 1/2022
Dear guests and friends of the Bali Mandala,
finally, the time has come: Since the beginning of March guests are officially allowed again on the island of the gods. And now the entry is almost as easy as before 2020.
After two years of deepest silence due to the pandemic, Bali is slowly waking up again. At Bali Mandala, guest host Maggie, our team, and I have patiently faced this time of retreat and gathered new strength to carry on.
We were able to maintain the resort and have recently received the necessary certificate for hygiene, health and safety and are now looking forward to welcoming you as guests again soon.
Further information on the new entry regulations are provided in the following article. And at last, we would like to share some impressions of our dear team from the past months.
With kind regards from the Bali Mandala,
Rainer, Maggie and the entire staff
We welcome you again!
We are delighted to inform you that we have been awarded the so-called CHSE certificate. This governmentally issued certification ensures the visitors of Bali that hygiene, health, safety and environmental sustainability are implemented.
Having received this certificate, we are now officially allowed to welcome you as guests at our resort again. We are very happy about this after such a long time of silence!
Visiting Bali – finally easy again!
During the last months, the Covid-specific regulations regarding the entry of international tourists have continuously been scaled down. Fortunately, it has never been easier to travel to Bali in the last months than now.
As before, you need a valid entry and return ticket to visit the country. The return ticket must be issued within 60 days for visa on arrival. You can get the visa on arrival at the airport for 500,000 IDR and you need to fill out a Customs Declaration, preferably digitally – on the that website, click “Setelan”, then “Bahasa” and then “English”. The declaration can be filled out in advance or later at the airport.
Please note that you are required to prove a double-vaccination status for the entry. You can upload your certificates in the app provided for this purpose at:
https://www.welcomebacktobali.com/blog/health-safety/peduli-lindungi-care-protect-application
In addition, you will be checked for fever upon arrival at the airport. The staff at the airport are very friendly and helpful in this procedure and kindly assist you with the app and the vaccination certificates.
The entry regulations are updated almost daily. Therefore, when considering a trip to Bali, we advise you to regularly visit the website: http://www.welcomebacktobali.com/ or sign up for their update newsletter. Here, you can also find all the details about the regulations.
